It has built a loyal following of fans in the North East and is currently seeking to expand their touring market nationally.

Cryin’ Out Loud is now touring to support its new Roots Radio-charting album "Play Loud & Smoke Often," produced by Grammy award winner Paul Nelson (Johnny Winter) and recorded in Bangor, Maine. This album marks the last studio production by Nelson who passed in 2024. 

 

From the lead off track "I Smoke Cigars and I Play the Blues" to the last cut "Moonshine Lover," listeners will find touches of Memphis, Texas, and Chicago blues mixed with folk/roots and classic rock.The album features appearances from Nelson on lead guitar, Erik Lawrence on horns, and Ana Popovic’s renowned keyboardist, Brooks Milgate.
